Dr. Minkowitz holds degrees from Columbia University and New York Medical College. She received her orthopaedic training at Maimonides Medical Center, and pediatric orthopaedic training at Shriner's Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, with a pediatric orthopaedic fellowship at the Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Atlanta. As a board certified pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, she has published both clinical and academic papers for which she has received international, national and regional awards, as well as several research grants. Dr. Minkowitz holds staff positions at Morristown Memorial and Overlook Hospitals. Dr. Minkowitz has been in practice for nearly 20 years.

Dr. Friedman obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine. She completed her training at the North Shore – Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Albert Einstein School of Medicine and her fellowship sub-specialty training in pediatric orthopaedics and adolescent sports medicine at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Pennsylvania. A board certified pediatric orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Friedman has been featured in Orthopaedics Today and has authored a book entitled The Anatomy of Motherhood. Dr. Friedman holds staff positions at Morristown Memorial and Overlook Hospitals.

Dr. Leier holds his medical degree from University of Hamburg and his doctorate from Free University of Berlin, Germany. He received his pediatric training at SUNY, where he was selected to be chief resident. He completed one of only a few ACGME accredited pediatric sports medicine fellowships at Texas Children's Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Leier also completed the only ACGME accredited combined pediatric and adult pain medicine fellowship at Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston. He is triple board certified and has published and lectured extensively on sports and pain related topics with a special focus on children. Dr. Leier holds staff positions at Morristown Memorial and Overlook Hospitals.
