Our office participates in many health insurance plans.  We do accept out of network coverage.  We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.  If you are in need of a payment plan, our staff is more than happy to assist you.  We have made it convenient for new and current patents to print and complete our forms prior to your next visit and spend less time in our waiting room.
